At Vedangas, we believe in providing complete customer satisfaction. In order to meet this end, we have a very liberal “Return Policy” on all purchases made from our site. In case the customer is not satisfied with the quality / authenticity of the products purchased by him/her, we will give a refund for the value of the product. However, kindly note :-
- The purchased product should be returned to us within 7 Days of the purchase at his/her own expense.
- Customer will receive their refund of the product after returning within 14 days.
- Any FREE GIFTS given along with the original purchased product will also have to be returned.
- The Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
- Please note that any Refund for Services like Pujas and Astrological Analysis is possible only till they have not been performed. However, no refund is possible once they have been performed.
